EL MUNDO A TUS PIES / THE WORLD AT YOUR FEET

Hola, hola….

Hoy quería compartir con vosotras el Programa “For Women in Science” de L’Oréal Foundation y Unesco. La verdad es que L’Oréal ha estado siempre del lado de la mujer y que renueve siempre ese apoyo mediante mensajes, campañas y proyectos de mecenazgo, tiene mucho mérito.

A veces pensamos que las mujeres lo tenemos todo ganado en el mundo, pero si miramos estadísticas (esas que se leen según se miran…) nos damos cuenta de que los índices mundiales de violencia de género, violaciones, desigualdad salarial, trata de personas, prostitución… Indican algo horrible: el mundo sigue siendo mayoritariamente masculino. Por eso, cuando me llegó la propuesta de apoyar esta campaña pensé que tenía que hacerlo. Porque creo que (inexplicablemente) seguimos siendo un colectivo vulnerable. Y lo digo de forma realista y con ánimo de lucha constante.

Mediante el Programa L’Oréal “For Women in Science”, la marca anima las niñas a ser lo que quieran ser, a luchar por un sueño y a no rendirse ante la adversidad o los obstáculos. ¿¿Os acordáis de “En busca de la Felicidad”?? No dejes que nadie te diga que no puedes hacerlo. ¡Sí puedes! ¡Sí se puede! Extiendo mi deseo a todas las bloggers que decaen en su intento, a todas las mujeres que empiezan con su propio negocio, a todas aquellas personas (hombres y mujeres) que están luchando en su día a día, buscando un empleo, sacando adelante una empresa, una familia… Sí se puede.

L’Oréal pregunta: ¿Qué le dirías a una niña que quiere ser científica?

Yo lo diría: Que no se rinda, que el mundo la necesita. Que ella puede ser esa persona que elimine el cáncer de nuestras vidas, que ella podría salvar el planeta descubriendo un agente energético no contaminante o que podría descubrir cualquier otra cosa, porque el mundo sigue a sus pies para ser descubierto y reinventado.

Sometimes we think that women have it all cattle in the world , but if we look at statistics ( those that are read as they look … ) we realize that the global indices of domestic violence , rape, wage inequality is , prostitution … Indicate something horrible : the world is still overwhelmingly male. So when I got the proposal to support this campaign I thought I had to. Because I believe that ( inexplicably ) we remain a vulnerable group . And I mean realistically and in a spirit of constant struggle. By the L’ Oreal “For Women in Science” , the brand encourages girls to be anything they want to be, to fight for a dream and not give in to adversity and obstacles. Do you remember ? ” Pursuit of Happiness “? ? Do not let anyone tell you you can not. Yes you can!Yes you can ! I extend my wish all bloggers fallen in his attempt , to all women who start their own business, to all those people (men and women ) who are struggling in their daily lives , looking for a job , taking on a company , a family … Yes you can .

L’Oréal question: What would you say to a girl who wants to be a scientist ?

I would say : Do not give up, that the world needs . That she can be that person to remove the cancer from our lives, that she could save the planet discovering clean energy agent or could find anything else, because the world is at his feet to be discovered and reinvented .
