I love this long floral dress since I saw it in Polin et moi, an online store that I love because all its clothes have a bohemian air with a lot of fun. I do not know if it happens to you, but sometimes, you see a collection and you want everything. Well, that’s what happened to me when I visited the Polin et moi website. It was the full time of sales and I would have shopped everything, but especially those knitwear that look so good and that look so good on flowing gauze clothes and long floral dresses.
Finally I chose a pair of clothes: a midi skirt and a long floral dress in navy blue. And I got the long blue floral dress that is still available online. I had seen some dresses of this Bohemian style in Lovely Pepa, but I decided to take it in Polin et moi because besides liking it, I thought that the price was better in relation quality – price. We’ll talk one day about the Lovely Pepa Collection clothes but this brand I was disappointed a little, honestly (spoiler).
As for the knitwear, I’ve seen some clothes that I like a lot and I want to try and find out what is the quality of the knitwear from Polin et moi, because lately I’ve taken a lot of displeasure with the clothes of Zara and Mango. Obiously, that knitwear is worth about € 39 (hey, it is not bad ..) but I have spent twice as much in other brands, and the quality is the same. The sweaters last a season, so it’s worth to buy them on sale. At least we do not ruin, right?
How to match the long floral dresses
First of all, I think that long floral dresses are a basic of the cowboy and bohemian style so, they combine very, very well with boots of the same style, hats, wide sweaters and jackets, and of course, with ponchos and fur vests, with necklaces and bags of ethnic style (with feathers, fringes, suede…); but if we want to go a little further, we can combine long floral dresses with sneakers and biker or denim jackets, especially when the good weather arrives.
Finally, you know that I am in love with this eighties fur coat and I thought it was a fun idea to combine it like that and get a very eighties look. We already know that the 80s and 90s are back and the long floral dresses were the most in the late 70’s and early 80’s. The long hair – and my absence this year – has a reasonable explanation, although by now I have to keep the secret a few more days … Yes, I can’t wait to tell you ;)
Thanks for the wait and for staying there.
