Combinando unas botas chelsea

Cuando te gusta la moda, te acaban gustando todos los estilos, así que hace un par de meses compré estas botas chelsea en H&M, aunque todavía no había tenido tiempo de enseñároslas en el blog…  Las botas chelsea tienen su origen en las colonias inglesas de la India, donde las usaban para montar a caballo. Ya en los 60 los Mods, los Stones y los Beatles las popularizaron; y hace unos tres o cuatro años volvieron a ser el must have de toda (y todo) fashionista; con Alexa Chung como abanderada y fan absoluta de este tipo de botas.

Desde entonces, las marcas han reversionado las botas chelsea y han dado lugar a mil opciones, variando el color, el tipo de tacón (más altas, más bajas..) o los materiales (con apliques, piel, ante… )…. A mí me gusta mucho el aire trendy y urbano de aire british que aportan a los looks… Además son comodísimas; un tacón ancho y bajo, hace que sean todo terreno. En este look las he combinado con un sombrero fedora (también de H&M) y un chaleco de pelo gris de Suite Blanco.
El bolso es de Aboslute Vintage, una tienda de ropa vintage de Londres que también vende algunas prendas online; lo he llevado tanto que parece ya más viejo y gastado de lo que es…. Habrá que volver a Londres… jajajajaa… Podéis verlo también aquí en un look lady con falda midi.

My new chelsea boots

When you love fashion, you love all styles, so a couple of months I bought these chelsea boots in H&M, but I had not time to show you them on the blog. Chelsea boots are originated in the british colonies from India, where they were used for riding. In the sixties, the Mods, the Stones and The Beatles popularized them; and about three or four years ago they returned to be the must hace for all fashionista. Alexa Chung is absolute fan of this type of boots. 

Since then, manufacturers have redesigned the chelsea boots and have led to a thousand options, varying the color, type of heel (higher, lower..) or materials (with appliques, leather, suede…). 

I love the trendy and urban style of these boots… They are also very comfortable, because they have a low heel, and we can wear it daily. I combined my chelsea boots withs a fedora hat (from H&M) and a gray fur vest from Suite Blanco. I bought my bag in Absolute Vintage, a vintage shop in London.
